You may return most unused and unopened items within 14 days of receiving them for either an exchange or refund of the price you paid, provided you comply with the below conditions:

• All returns must be unused and in their original condition, including all original protective packaging. Packaging must be unopened.

• Shipping costs to return the product are at your own expense.

• Please note: original shipping fees for change of mind returns are not refunded.

Receiving Faulty or Damaged Goods

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check all items immediately upon receiving.

If your order was received faulty or damaged in transit, please email us with a description and supporting photographs at support@outuraliving.co.nz within 24 hours of receiving goods. Failure to report any damage within this timeframe may void any transit insurance for your goods.

All damaged goods will be required to be returned to us, so original packaging will need to be kept for return transit.

Other Conditions

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if they do not comply with our returns policy. We accept no responsibility for returns sent by non-traceable postage methods that are not received — without the items, we cannot issue an exchange or refund. We strongly suggest you send your returns using a traceable method.
